Chad and Romania have the same flags

It is the red yellow blue tricolour. Chad adopted it in 1960 after having obtained its independence. It is the same flag as Romania since 1867, and even the armorial bearings added by the Communist regime in 1948 were withdrawn after the revolution of 1989. And although the colors are the same ones, it y' would have a light difference between the blue ones: cobalt for Romania and indigo in the Chadian flag.
