The successor to Adolf Hitler committed suicide a day after the suicide of Hitler!

Joseph Goebbels, Adolf Hitler's right-hand man, was appointed to be Chancellor of the Reich in the will of the Fuhrer.

After Hitler's suicide in his bunker, Joseph Goebbels was in a position of leader of the Reich, but he knew that the end was near after the suicide of his head, and he was well aware that his position was virtually meaningless to time there and he was not able to establish itself as a political leader of Germany.

Goebbels told people close to him: "For us, everything is lost now and the only way left for us is that of Hitler. I will follow his example. "

He committed suicide a day after the suicide of Adolf Hitler. The only act that Goebbels completed as chancellor was to send a message to General Hans Krebs to inform Soviet of Hitler's death and ask for a ceasefire.
